If you have registered for our free service, "MySupport", you can use the following functions:
Personal Newsletter
The Newsletter System provides you with daily information on selected topics delivered directly to your mailbox. As a registered user you can set your own personal delivery options and cancel your Newsletter whenever you’re away.
Personalized Forms
You enter your personal data just once and we reproduce it for you in the personalized forms. This saves you repeated keying in for each form and leaves you time for more important matters.
Personal Product Tree
As a registered user you have the option of having just those of our extensive range of products that are relevant for you displayed. This gives you a clear overview and gets you faster to the desired information.
Direct Access to Our Forum
The forum is the place for asking questions, making suggestions and exchanging experiences with thousands of experts. As a registered user you automatically have direct access to our forum.
Support Request
With the Support Request you can send your query directly to a specialist from the Technical Support. The Support Request is available for 24 hours / 365 days, and a product selection is kept with a perfect usage of the Online Knowledgebase. Furthermore, the specialist of the Technical Support will support you worldwide.

My Documentation Manager
My Documentation Manager offers you the option to compile your own documentation from our standard documents (handbooks) which are under Product Support.
Generating a PDF file
In the Product Support area you can have entries created as PDF files (e.g.: FAQs, downloads).
The job is processed by us and can be “picked up” after completion via the "Generating PDF-File" selection field in mySupport.
We keep already generated files for you for three days (72 hours) for download
