Because of the guidelines of EEG 2012, the display in 6AG3120 SINVERT PVM photovoltaic inverter from firmware 29 was supplemented by menu item “Limitation PAC”. With this, the maximum active power of the inverter can be reduced.

To limit the output power (P_AC) of SINVERT PVM to 70% as required in EEG, following steps via parameterization have to be done:

Enter user password:

Function key F1

            -> Configuration

                        -> Password

                                    -> 72555 [ENTER]

Adjust limitation PAC 70%:

Function key F1

            -> Configuration

                        -> Limitation PAC

                                    -> 70 [ENTER]
