DESCRIPTION:

The SCALANCE X-300 firmware update to version 3.7.2 is now available for free download from our Product Support.

The following enhancements were introduced:

·    Improved diagnostics with the Standby Observer

·    Security improvements for the Web Interface. We therefore recommend to update the firmware.

The firmware update V3.7 has been released for updating the following product versions:

Uploading the two FW files:

The firmware consists of 2 firmware files (*.bit and *.lad). Both firmware files must be uploaded to the unit with a normal firmware upload process (all methods of uploading can be used). The sequence is not important.
