If the SIMATIC WinCC ProAgent Generation is started in WinCC Runtime, the "WinCC ProAgent Module" dialog issues this error message: "WinCC ProAgent Module has stopped working".

You can ignore this message. SIMATIC WinCC ProAgent and WinCC continue running normally and do not have to be restarted.

Remedy
Only start the SIMATIC WinCC ProAgent Generation when WinCC Runtime is disabled. Then this message is not issued.
