Description
With the Technology CPUs the firmware for the Integrated Technology is stored on the MMC and uploaded at startup.
The additional functions have increased the size of version V4.1.5 of the firmware for the Integrated Technology to something over 4 MB, so that an MMC with 4 MB is no longer adequate (see also Entry ID 23411204 for version V4.2 and higher of the S7 Technology).

Instructions
Use an MMC with 8 MB (6ES7 953-8LP20-0AA0).
