The new Nanobox PC SIMATIC IPC227D with power-optimized latest generation Intel Atom technology is herewith released for delivery.

 Application areas

The new Nanobox PC SIMATIC IPC227D can be employed for the implementation of simple control, visualization, data acquisition and communication tasks, directly on a machine:

• Simple measurement and control, e.g. with SIMATIC WinAC RTX and RTX-F software PLCs for failsafe applications
• Simple HMI, e.g. with SIMATIC WinCC RT Advanced
• Communication and data acquisition tasks, as well as industrial gateways

The SIMATIC IPC227D has a CE label allowing its use in industrial, domestic and commercial areas and can therefore be employed both in industry and in building automation or public facilities.

With its low volume of approx. 1 Liter (basic variant) it can also be integrated where space is a premium.
