has an additional user memory of 64 bytes. This transponder is designed for the frequency ranges 865 MHz (ETSI) and 928 MHz (FCC)
and has a detection range of typically 4 m.
In the UHF range (865-928 MHz), the new heat-resistant SmartLabel SIMATIC RF680L permits the use of low-cost RFID labels, even for complex industrial applications,
e.g. in paint shops, and other high-temperature applications. The passive and maintenance-free SmartLabel for storing the 96/240 bit "Electronic Product Code" (EPC) has an additional user memory of 64 bytes. This label is designed for the frequency ranges 865 MHz (ETSI) and 928 MHz (FCC) and has a high detection range of typically 4 m. The flexible SmartLabel can withstand temperatures of 220 °C for one hour (200 °C for up to six hours).
The tried and tested SIMATIC RF600 RFID readers are used reading the transponder/label data.
