The SIMATIC IPC DiagMonitor diagnostic and monitoring software enables early detection of faults on SIMATIC IPCs. Extensive and flexible communication of PC fault messages to operators can help to reduce or avoid plant standstill times.

SIMATIC IPC DiagMonitor

• Monitors critical conditions of SIMATIC IPCs (hard disk, RAID, CF card, SSD, fan, temperature, CMOS battery voltage, system status)
• Signals the detected errors, and also indicates freely selectable service intervals  
• Communicates this information locally or remotely via SNMP, OPC, LAN, e-mail and SMS (telephone)
• Acts through adjustable PC restart in the case of a watchdog alarm and executes batch programs and executable files
• Logs all events in the Windows EventLog and optionally the measured temperature/fan data in a measuring data file
• Displays the contents of the measuring data files over a time base with the aid of the Data Analyzer
• Supports monitoring of networked SIMATIC Industry PCs
