3	Check whether the Enhanced Write Filter (EWF) is enabled. You do this by entering the following command and confirming with <ENTER>: ewfmgr c: If the EWF for the system partition C: is active (ENABLED), enter the following command and confirm with <ENTER>: ewfmgr c: -commitanddisable The EWF is now inactive (DISABLED). Warning If the EWF is inactive, all the changes on the hard disk/CF card and cannot be reset by restarting the SIMATIC PC.
