DESCRIPTION:
The dummy module SM370 can be used in an ET200M under the following circumstances:

1. Dummy must be 6ES7 370 - 0AA01 (doesn't work with the 0AA00).

2. Dummy must be set to "NA".

3. Dummy is not configured, i.e. the modules are configured contiguously in STEP7 (HWConfig).
