The table below describes how to initialize the integrated modems of the TS Adapters II and IE for use in Australia and New Zealand.
 
No. Procedure for parameterizing the TS Adapters IE/II:
1 TS Adapter IE Modem
As from hardware version 02, the TS Adapter IE Modem can be used in Australia and New Zealand. As shown in Fig. 01, for the modem settings you must enter the AT command "AT+GCI=FD" in the input field for Initialization 1 (under "Parameters > Modem > Tab: Internal modem").

You then save the parameterization with the "Save settings" button.

2 TS Adapter II Modem
As from hardware version 03, the TS Adapter II Modem can be used in Australia and New Zealand. As shown in Fig. 02, for the modem settings you must enter the AT command "AT+GCI=FD" in front of the standard initialization string "AT&FE1 ... S0=1" in the input field for initialization (in the dialog "Assign TS Adapter I/II Parameters > Tab: Modem") .

Note: Note that you must insert a semicolon ";" between each command, for example: "AT+GCI=FD;AT&F...."

Click on the "OK" button to save the parameterization.
