This error message is displayed if you attempt to create the project in a compressed folder. If you then press the "OK" key, a second error message is displayed: "PCS 7 wizard (2772:106) -- Internal error when creating the plant hierarchy".

You cannot use this Windows feature (compressed folder) for project folders in the PCS 7 environment. Refer also to Entry ID 26447221 with regard to error messages during OS compilation.
