Description: You can change the date format on a PC via the Windows Control Panel under "Regional and Language Options". On a Windows-based panel, you can change the date format in the Control Panel under "Regional Settings".

- Open the Windows Control Panel.

- Click on "Regional Options" in the Control Panel.

- Open "Regional and Language Options" in the Control Panel.

- In the "Regional Options" tab you click on the "Customize..." button.

- In the Formats tab you click on the "Change this format..." button.

- Change the date format under "Short Date".
- Then click on "OK".

- In the new dialog, select the "Date" tab.
- Change the date format under "Short Date" or "Date Format".
- Then click on "OK".
