Effective 10/2008, all models of the SIMATIC Panel PC 577B will be delivered with an angled US power cord in addition. The devices continue to be available directly ex stock and thus are deliverable on short notice.    

The extra power cord provides the following benefits:

• Greater flexibility through two power cords: Plug type F (Europe) and plug type B (North America) 

• Same order numbers as before (existing customers automatically receive the power cord with plug type B) 

• Same prices as before (2 power cords for the price of one)

• Fully compatible with the previous Panel PC 577B (the power cord with plug type F remains enclosed) 

If other plug types are needed, angled power cords for the countries GB, CH, IT, and CN can ordered as options:
