With CPU319-3PN/DP and CPU319F-3PN/DP with firmware V2.7, deactivated IO devices are displayed double in the topology view of the web server:

As a failed IO device (red).
As a neighboring IO device that does not belong to the current PROFINET IO system.

Please ignore this behavior for the time being.
The operating system of CPU319-3PN/DP and CPU319F-3PN/DP and the system function SFC12 "D_ACT_DP" have been extended so that as from firmware V2.8 in conjunction with STEP 7 V5.4 SP5 or higher, the double display of the deactivated IO devices is prevented.
