Process values in PDIAG or S7-GRAPH messages

QUESTION:
In the manual for ProAgent it says that you can also insert process values in an Alarm_S message. How does this work with PDIAG and S7-GRAPH?

ANSWER:
The releases of PDIAG (up to V4.01) and S7-GRAPH (4.xx) do not offer the option of inserting a process value in the message text.
Only in S7-GRAPH is a variable inserted in the interlock or supervision message. The number of the step in which the error occurred is entered automatically in this variable.
In PDIAG as of V4.02 you can insert a companion value of up to 4 bytes in size.
