If ProAgent control screens are used in combination with DP direct keys, certain rare circumstances may cause a motion other than the one currently shown on the motion screen to be started following a termination of the connection. This behavior must be ruled out via suitable measures in the PLC application program.     

Prevention of Motions not selected when using SIMATIC HMI Option Package ProAgent and DP Direct Keys 

The option packages WinCC flexible ProAgent or ProAgent for ProTool offer an easy and convenient solution for the operation of drives, etc. by means of so-called motion screens.  

If ProAgent control screens are used in combination with DP direct keys, certain rare circumstances may cause a motion other than the one currently shown on the motion screen to be started following a termination of the connection. 

This case may occur in particular, if a screen change took place on the HMI device at the time of the connection termination.
Pressing the DP direct start key may then start the motion selected prior to the connection termination, even if the HMI device currently shows another motion.  

A possible measure to rule out the described behavior is the evaluation of the screen number in the PLC application program. The screen number is provided by the HMI device in the area pointer "Screen Number".
