SIMATIC NET 2006 has been installed on the Web Navigator server version V6.1 SP1. These software versions are not compatible with each other.
To clear the behavior you must uninstall Web Navigator V6.1 SP1, WinCC V6.0 SP4 and SIMATIC NET 2006. Then you can install SIMATIC NET 2005 HF1, WinCC V6.0 SP4 and WinCC Web Navigator V6.1 SP1 again.
