Why I get at online open via the RS232-Interface the following error message:

Cause: The COM-Port respectively USB-Port is already with an other application in use and is blocked (e.g. ActiveSync, WinCC flexible,…).
Solution: Close the application

Cause: COM-Port 10 or higher is in use (up to SIMOCODE ES 2007 SP1/Motor Starter ES 2007 SP1/Soft Starter ES 2007 SP1/MSS ES 2008 SP1).
Solution: Select at the Windows-Device Manger a free COM-Number <10 or install minimum the Service pack 2 of the SIRIUS ES Software which is in use.
