Instructions:
In TeleService V6.1, the dialog for parameterizing the local modem (modem connection and location) has been removed from the menu "Tools > Settings tab: General". You can now set the local modem as follows:

No. Procedure:
1 In TeleService open the dialog "Tools > Set PG/PC interface..." and select "TS Adapter" as the interface parameterization used.
2 Then click on the "Properties" button to open the "Properties - TS Adapter" dialog.
3 The "Properties - TS Adapter" dialog has three tabs:
  • Network
  • Local Connection
  • Local Modem

Via the "Local Modem" tab you can set the properties of the modem connection and the local location for teleconnections to a TS Adapter I/II.

If you have installed TeleService V6.1 over an existing TeleService installation or there interface parameterization was already set to "TS Adapter" on your PG/PC, then the "Local Modem" tab is not in the dialog mentioned above. The table below describes the procedure for restoring the "Local Modem" tab in the "Properties - TS Adapter" dialog.

No. Procedure:
1 In TeleService open the dialog "Tools > Set PG/PC interface..." and click on the "Select..." button to open the "Install/Remove Interfaces" dialog.
2 Uninstall the interface for the TS Adapter by marking the TS Adapter in the right window "Installed:" and clicking on the "Uninstall" button. Acknowledge the warnings displayed with "OK" or "Yes".
