Proceed as follows in STEP 7 Micro/WIN to activate multimaster mode in the network.

Step Procedure

1 Make sure that the navigation bar is visible in STEP 7 Micro/WIN (menu "View/Frame/Navigation Bar").

2 Click on the "Set PG/PC interface" button.

3 Select the PPI interface used and click on "Properties".

4 In the "PPI" tab enable the check box for "Multimaster network" and close the Properties window by clicking "OK" twice.
