The error message is displayed when the "Load OS" function is started.

Remedy:
The reason for this error message is that there is a file with the ending "LCK" on the source and/or target station. This file is created during the loading procedure but is normally deleted. If a loading procedure is interrupted for whatever reason, this file might not be deleted. In this case you must delete the file manually on the source and/or target station. Search the ES and OS stations for files with the extension "*.LCK" and delete them.

Warning:
Make sure that no "*.LCK" file remains in the Trash or Recycle Bin.

Note:

In earlier versions of PCS 7 the WINCC.LCK file was created during loading.
As from PCS 7 V6.1 the <Project_name>.LCK file is created also in the project path.
