Description:
If, when you start the Sm@rtClient, only an empty page is displayed (Fig. 01), then the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is probably missing on your computer.

Remedy:
At the following link http://www.java.com you can download the Java software,
(the Java Runtime Environment (JRE)). 
For this you click on the "Java Software Download" button.

Once you have installed the Java software, after calling the Sm@rtServer, the remote screen is displayed in the Internet Explorer (Sm@rtClient) (Fig. 02).
