General notes:
- Do not change your WinCC flexible project between exporting and importing the language texts.
- Only add the translations in the CSV or XLS files. If you make changes to the source language texts (first column), then the CSV or XLS file can no longer be imported.
- You can only translate the texts on a Russian Windows 2000/ Windows XP or a Windows 2000 / Windows XP MUI set to Russian.
- If, after adding the Russian translation in the CSV or XLS file, you change the regional default setting back to Germany, the Russian translations are no longer displayed in the file, even if you set the default input language to Russian. Only special characters are displayed instead of the Cyrillic characters. However, after importing the translation in WinCC flexible, the Russian translations originally configured are displayed correctly in WinCC flexible.
- In order to add Asian languages to a project you need Asian Windows 2000/ Windows XP and Asian Excel. You do not need Asian WinCC flexible on the computer on which the translations are made. You can import the finished texts into the project on a PG/PC with a European WinCC flexible.
