Description
If the Basic Process Control (BPC) package is installed on a WinCC client in the WinCC network, the authorization check is made in a different way to when BPC is not installed. In this case BPC has to be installed on the server, because otherwise querying of the authorizations on the servers does not occur in the expected way and therefore the answer appears only after a certain delay.

Basic Process Control therefore either has to be installed on all the computers (server and clients) in a WinCC project or on none of them.
