ANSWER:
Check in the WinCC installation path, respectively folder "aplib/Options", whether the file "passlogin.fct" was renamed in "passlogin.sav". Instead of the file "passlogin.fct" , the folder "aplib/Options" now contains the file "passlogon.fct".

Afterwards regenerate the Header in the WinCC Script C-Editor and check whether the project function "passlogon.fct" is available.
