Description
The option package API interface to SIMATIC BATCH, offers the possibility to connect online and offline functions of SIMATIC BATCH directly to an OEM system or to a MES/ERP application of your choice. 

The API interface offers both: a C interface (data format CSV) and a COM connection (data format XML). 

Further information about the use and configuration possibilities can be found at the Readme and the on-line help for the option software "API interface".

At the use of Simatic IT framework the option "API interface" is also necessary.
