In SIMATIC WinCC, it is not possible to do an installation of WinCC while the computer is logged on to a domain.

Instructions:

Log on locally with administrator rights to the computer in question. An installation under the Microsoft Windows operating system requires administrator rights.
Refer to the requirements for installation in the SIMATIC WinCC Installation Notes or in the relevant section of the WinCC Information System.
Once the installation is finished, you can log on to the domain again as usual.
