QUESTION:
How can I realize start of ProTool Runtime immediately after start-up of the WinCE panel?

ANSWER:
When the WinCE panel starts up, a window opens entitled "Bootloader" (with the selection "Control Panel", "Start", "Transfer"). The Runtime of the ProTool project then starts automatically after a few seconds. The time between the display of the Bootloader window the start of ProTool Runtime can be set as follows on the WinCE panel:

  • On the panel, you switch to the menu "Control Panel".
  • Double-click  "Transfer".
  • Select the "Directories" tab.
  • For "Autostart Application", in the "Wait [sec]" input field you set the time after which you wish ProTool Runtime to be started. If the Bootloader window is to be display only for a fraction of a second, i.e. Runtime is to start practically immediately after start-up, then set 0 seconds for "Wait [sec]".
