Description:
WinCC offers a Software Update Service (SUS) as component of its Comprehensive Support package.
The complete package includes the latest updates/upgrades for WinCC including options.
To start with, the WinCC user receives a contract and replacement deliveries are made automatically over a period of 12 months. The contract is extended automatically by one year unless canceled 12 weeks before expiry.
WinCC Comprehensive Support must be procured per WinCC system (single-user, server, client). Prerequisite is possession of the current version of the software. Packages with 3 and 10 licenses are available in addition to the single-license package, which provide corresponding discounts for the cost-effective installation of WinCC Comprehensive Support for multiple systems.
