Configuration Notes:
You need a constant data stream to transfer the configuration. The
stream must also reach a certain speed, which is checked before the
transfer is made.
If the criteria are not met, no connection is set up to the panel.
Furthermore, the connection must be very stable. Especially over
long segments, e.g. international connections, the connection is
often not very stable.
Note:
It is generally recommended not to do project downloads via
TeleService using GSM communications.
Technical background: The
transfer route, e.g. abroad, is set up via roaming. This means that
the connection runs over multiple servers. The protocols sent are
delayed accordingly depending on the number of servers involved. If
a protocol is not acknowledged within the timeout period, no
connection can be set up to the panel.
In contrast, with STEP 7 you get a message if the connection is
to be interrupted during transfer. Once the connection has been set
up again the transfer can be continued from the point where it was
interrupted.
