Description::
For the messages select the option Reported, so that messages can be reported on a printer. 

By default the following settings are displayed in WinCC flexible ES after calling the discrete alarms via Project Tree > Operator Panel > Alarm Management > Discrete Alarms:

  • Text
  • Number
  • Class
  • Trigger Tag
  • Trigger bit

You have two options for selecting the Reported option.
The following setting refers to discrete messages. The setting for analog messages is identical.

Option 1

In the parameters of the discrete alarm concerned you can select the Report option via  
Properties > Process.

Option 2

In the table view right-click the "gray header". A new window opens in which you can select the Reported option.

Once you have selected the "Reported" option, the new option is displayed in the "header". Now you can assign the option Reported Off/On to each message.
