ANSWER:
Due to changes in function the ET 200S module DI 4xNAMUR (6ES7 131-4RD00-0AB0) can only be configured completely with STEP 7 V5.2 SP1.

All modules that have already been configured with STEP 7 V5.2 without Service Pack have to be deleted and reconfigured with STEP 7 V5.2 SP1 or higher.
