7.1 Setting Links in Product Support

Our Redirect Service:
In the past we repeatedly had to change the addresses of our servers due to technical reasons. This caused problems to our information providers in the Internet setting the links to us. That is the end of that. We offer you a Redirect Service.

How does this service work?
We have created some virtual addresses. We call these virtual addresses Redirects.
When using these Redirects, our web server automatically takes you to the correct place , even if our URLs may change sometimes.

That is the way you set links to the Service Support
Open the folder of your choice or open any document (e.g. FAQ), search the link "Copy link" in the contents section at the left bottom of the frame and click it with the mouse-button.
Now the link is in your clipboard from where you can add it as link to the desired place in your HTML page.
If the safety settings of your browser prevent the direct transferral of the link into the clipboard, a small window appears from which you can copy the address.



With the command "Add to favorites..." or "Set bookmark to this linking" you can also add such an address to your favorites/bookmarks.
