2.2 Screen Layout

The screen of the Service & Support Site is divided into three main parts. Below are the designations of these areas as used in the Help system and which you should also use in your queries.

• (1) Primary Navigation (menu bar)
  contains the most important information areas, and the search of the Service&Support Site
  
  
• (2) Contents Section
  The most important information areas are briefly explained here again. The actual contents are also displayed in the Contents Section.
  
  
• (3) Highlight Navigation
  The Highlight Navigation contains cross links to further topics. Worldwide access to the Support, mySupport, contact and help.
