The Service & Support Search is available by
Clicking “Search” in the general navigation area

Enter your search term on the homepage (primary
navigation item Home)! You can also look for order numbers there. When
entering, a proposal list will appear!

A query in Search in Service & Support can consist of the following:
Product designation,
Order number (MLFB),
Entry ID or
General terms
In response to your query, Search in Service & Support provides you with a hit list of the entries found. These are listed in order of relevance. If several entries have the same relevance, then they are listed in chronological order with the very latest information at the top.
Each hit consists of the title of the entry, a brief preview of the entry content and a link to the folder where the entry is located. You can use this link to switch immediately to the product tree.
Tip:
Searching for products
If you are searching for a product and cannot
find it via the product tree, then simply enter the product name as the
search term in Search. You then obtain a list of the latest entries about
the product and links to the folders in the product tree in which the
product is located. Simply click the folder link to switch immediately
to the folder in the product tree where you can continue to navigate.
